Olive Touch – Experience Olive Growing on the Golden Island of Krk

The island of Krk, known as the Golden Island, transforms once again this autumn into a hub for olive cultivation and Mediterranean living. The Olive Touch event offers a rich program that blends tradition, gastronomy, and wellness, providing visitors with a unique experience of olive harvesting, tastings of local products, and relaxation with olive oil-based treatments.
Olive Harvest and Authentic Experiences
From October 11th to November 1st, every Saturday, guided tours of the Malinska olive groves are organized. The program includes:
• Departure of the tourist train at 10:00 AM from Malinska
• Participation in the traditional olive harvest at UTLA Porat olive groves
• Visit to the Bogovski mill, the largest old mill in Dubašnica
• Olive oil and local delicacy tasting at the DUBoak Interpretation Center
The tour concludes at 2:00 PM, and each participant will receive a special Olive Touch gift to take home. The price for the excursion is €40 per person, and reservations can be made at DUBoak or via email: duboak@malinska.hr
