What is Malinska Walk & Taste?

Malinska Walk & Taste is designed as a guided tasting walk along an attractive coastal and village route. Participants listen to fascinating interpretations of local history, tradition and identity while enjoying tasting stops featuring traditional island products and specialties.

Recreation, destination discovery and premium local gastronomy blend into one complete experience.

Tasting walks will take place on:

Duration: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM

15:30 – Interpretation Centre DUBoak
Welcome sparkling wine Valle Jaz (Vinarija Nada) and distribution of “goodie bags” for all participants

16:00 – Restaurant Primorska Koliba
Fish salad with broad beans + Zlatna vrbnička žlahtina (PZ Vrbnik)

16:30 – Restaurant Mulino
Šurlice (traditional handmade pasta) with shrimp and zucchini + Žlahtina S. Lucija (Katunar Estate Winery)

17:10 – Restaurant Vila Rova
Barley stew with homemade sausages + Hlam 9 (Vinarija Šipun)

17:50 – Konoba Pod Murvu
Beef goulash with bread gnocchi + Sansigot (Kuća vina Ivan Katunar)

18:30 – Konoba Bracera
Dried figs cooked in prošek wine with sheep ricotta + Sveta Nedija (Vinarija Gospoja)

19:00 – Arrival at Ivan Klobučarić Square
End of the walk and beginning of the evening program with wines from the Vina Kvarnera association, gastronomic offerings, and live music

What is included in the tasting walk?

Ticket price: €65.00 per person

The price includes:

• Five tastings of island specialties paired with Krk island wines

• Entrance and guided tour of the DUBoak Maritime Heritage Interpretation Centre

• Tourist train transportation

From 7:30 PM to 10:00 PM at Ivan Klobučarić Square (in front of DUBoak), visitors will have the opportunity to taste all Kvarner wine varieties alongside a special promotional gastro offer, accompanied by live music.
