A charity concert for 15-year-old Leonardo Augustinović will take place in Malinska on Saturday, 15 August 2026, as he once again faces intensive treatment following the return of a serious illness.
The concert will be held at Ivana Klobučarića Square, in front of the DUBoak Maritime Heritage Interpretation Centre, starting at 9:00 PM and continuing until 2:00 AM.
Music and community coming together for Leonardo
Numerous bands and DJs from the island of Krk have answered the organisers’ call and will perform in support of Leonardo and his family. All performers, as well as everyone involved in organising the event, have waived their fees to ensure that the concert remains entirely charitable.
Donations will be collected throughout the evening, and all proceeds will go towards Leonardo’s treatment and the expenses associated with the next stage of his fight against the illness.
The concert is organised by the Malinska–Bogovići Local Committee, with the support of the Malinska-Dubašnica Tourist Board, together with numerous associations, performers, volunteers, sponsors and kind-hearted individuals who have joined the initiative.
